DESCRIPTION: When killer criminals take a mayor and his citizens hostage, Damien Collier (Paul Walker), an elite cop, trades in his pristine uniform for relaxed tees and jeans and his upright colleagues for a partner with a shady past. An ex-criminal, Lino (David Belle) may not look like much in grungy cargo pants and wifebeaters but he has the fighting skills and intel to help Damien save the city. But with such different backgrounds, it may take a while for the two to start trusting, much less liking, each other. Quick architecture lesson: The Penobscot Building (as seen in Brick Mansions) is a Detroit landmark. Erected in 1905 and rising 47-stories tall, it houses many of Detroit's premier businesses. And aesthetically, it's known for it's decorative friezes. Don't worry, we had to look that up too. Scroll down to see more film locations identifed from Brick Mansions.
